However , if we deliver the wrong product or different shade or length other than what you purchased we will exchange the item for you .

A RETURN IS ALLOWED ONLY WHEN 

The order you have received is different from what you paid for - in terms of wrong color or shade or length. 

Within 24 hours of receiving the package , send us a WhatsApp message on +223593257576. Let us know your order number and two clear photos of the UNOPENED PACK AND ITS LABLE.

We will only accept an exchange if the original pack of the hair extension is unopened.

We will arrange a replacement of the correct item .
